We ship within the United States only, to states where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products are permitted. We currently ship to:
Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
If you place an order shipping to a state not listed above, we will cancel and refund it in full. We do not ship internationally.
All orders are for adults 21+. By ordering, you confirm the recipient is at least 21 years old.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
If tracking shows your package is stuck or lost, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. For packages marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out — we'll do our best to make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to catch it before it ships.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products purchased directly from Powchews within 30 days of delivery. If it's your first Powchews purchase and you're unsatisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days—we'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund. First-purchase satisfaction refunds are limited to one opened package per customer and product.
Damaged, defective, melted, or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns. Products purchased from a retail store or third-party website must be returned through the original seller. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent, excessive, or abusive claims.
All sales will appear as POWPAX (powpax.co) on your billing statement.
