Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Pow Hydration Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as POWPAX and POWCHEW ("POWPAX," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you:

POWPAX operates the Site using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and related services that allow us to offer the Site and our products.

If there is a conflict between our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy concerning our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to those privacy practices.

The current age gate is self-attested. It does not require you to submit your date of birth, government-issued identification, or a selfie. We may store your age-gate selection through a cookie, local storage, or similar browser technology so that the Site can remember your selection.

Customer-service information

We may collect information you provide when contacting us, including:

Please do not send us medical records or sensitive health information that is not necessary to address your request. Information you provide about your experience with a product may reveal health-related information.
