Pow Hydration Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as POWPAX and POWCHEW (“POWPAX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy.

Purchase POWPAX or POWCHEW products;

POWPAX operates the Site using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and related services that allow us to offer the Site and our products.

By accessing the Site or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not provide personal information through the Site.

Payment information
Payments are handled by Shopify and other third-party payment processors. These providers may collect payment-card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, billing addresses, bank information, or digital-wallet information.
POWPAX generally receives transaction confirmation and limited payment details, such as payment method type, billing information, payment status, and the last four digits of a payment card. We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Age-gate information
Because the Site and our products are intended only for adults aged 21 and older, the Site asks visitors to confirm that they are at least 21.
The current age gate is self-attested. It does not require you to submit your date of birth, government-issued identification, or a selfie. We may store your age-gate selection through a cookie, local storage, or similar browser technology so that the Site can remember your selection.
Customer-service information
We may collect information you provide when contacting us, including:
The content of emails, telephone calls, or other communications;

Product questions or complaints;

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 21.
If you join our email list, we may send promotional messages concerning products, launches, offers, events, and other POWPAX news.
You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting us at info@powpax.com.
Even after you unsubscribe from marketing, we may continue sending nonmarketing communications concerning:
Orders;
Deliveries;
Accounts;
Returns or refunds;
Product safety or recalls;
Changes to our policies; or
Our ongoing business relationship.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If applicable law gives you the right to appeal our decision, email info@powpax.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” Include the original request, our response, and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

If Shopify can associate the device sending the signal with a Shopify account, the opt-out may also be applied to that account.
Other than legally recognized opt-out preference signals, the Site may not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no universally accepted standard for those signals.
The Site and our products are intended only for adults aged 21 and older.

A link does not necessarily mean that POWPAX endorses the third party.

If you access the Site from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or another jurisdiction where Shopify or our service providers operate.
